Overview

Pipelo is a local-first potty training companion for iPhone. This policy explains what stays on your device, what Apple may process for purchases and backups, and how to reach us at support@ayushdev.com.

Data on your device

Pipelo stores an optional nickname, visit journal, planted stars, reminder preferences, garden choices, and settings locally with SwiftData. There is no Pipelo account, no Pipelo server, and no caregiver sharing in this version.

• Visit types such as pee, poop, sat and tried, oops, nap, and night notes
• Reminder interval and whether notifications are enabled
• Garden style, accessories, and sound preference
• Local purchase entitlement state used to unlock Pipelo Plus features

What we do not collect

This version of Pipelo does not include an advertising SDK, analytics SDK, account system, or child-data upload. Pipelo does not sell personal data or build advertising profiles from the journal.

Purchases and reminders

Apple processes purchases through the App Store and StoreKit. Pipelo checks verified purchase entitlements to unlock optional features. Pipelo does not receive full payment-card details.

Reminders are scheduled locally on your iPhone and do not include your child's name. Notification permission is requested only if you enable reminders. Focus modes, a denied permission, a locked screen, or a clock change can delay or silence a reminder.

Backups

Device backups may include app data according to your Apple settings. Pipelo does not operate a separate cloud backup product in this version.

You are in control

Notifications and garden sound are optional. Use Erase this device's data in Settings to remove the profile, visits, and stars. Deleting local data does not cancel an App Store subscription. Manage subscriptions through your Apple Account.

Children

Pipelo is a parent-supervised tool with a child-facing garden. Child mode has no purchases and no review interruptions. The optional nickname and visit journal are stored locally for the family using the device. Do not email us logs, photos, or names that identify a child.

This website

The marketing site at pipelo.ayushdev.com is a static public website. It does not host your journal. Hosting, DNS, and standard server logs are operated by our hosting provider.
